San Marzano Wineries

The Cantina San Marzano is one of the most renowned wine producers in Salento, in the heart of Puglia. Primitivo di Manduria, Vermentino, Negramaro… a thousand-year-old winemaking tradition gathered in a corporate challenge: enhancing and bringing the real Apulian wines in the world.

Founded in 1962 by 19 local winemakers, it is today one of the most important wineries in the area, thanks to its production philosophy focused on qualitative excellence. The cellar uses cutting-edge technologies for the production of its wines, but does not forget tradition and respect for nature and the territory.

A production based on quality, on the recovery of ancient vines, some of these even "old" and sometimes considered a burden for mass production.
