Rosso di Montalcino comes from the Sangiovese vine, on the beautiful hills of the province of Siena, with refinements in steel and sometimes also in wood. Young but full of character, it appears in the glass with a wonderful ruby red color and is intense, pleasantly tannic and persistent on the palate.
Rosso di Montalcino, given its structure, is perfect for pairings with medium intensity dishes such as risottos, first courses based on meat or mushrooms or truffles.
