Discover Rosa-ae Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC 2024, an organic rosé of Torre Dei Beati 100% produced by Montepulciano organically grown on clay-calcarus soils between 250-300 m s.l.m. (Loreto Aprutino). The color is a bright intense cherry, the nose explodes with strawberries, rose petals, black cherry and delicate mineral notes. The mouthfeel is elegant, fresh, with vibrant acidity, soft texture and persistent saline and mineral closure. Method in part saignée and white pressing prefers a double freshness throughout the year . Perfect at 12-14 °C with appetizers, light pasta, white meats or fish dishes.0.75 L
