The reviews published on alberoshop.it are collected and managed through the Judge.me platform.
Judge.me distinguishes between verified and unverified reviews. Reviews marked as “Verified” are associated with an order or have been confirmed by the reviewer through the mechanisms provided by the platform.
If those criteria are not met, the review is not indicated as verified. To increase the reliability of the system, Judge.me uses automatic tools to monitor and filter suspicious or potentially spam content.
In addition, the seller may use content moderation procedures, in compliance with the principles of fairness and transparency.
Where enabled, any informational badges or transparency indicators also show the origin of the review and the manner in which it was collected. For further information on how the review system works, please consult the informational pages of Judge.me:
Albero Shop provides for certain subscriptions or paid services.
The fees, duration and conditions of the paid accounts and services are indicated in the relevant section of Albero Shop.
Purchases on this site are reserved for natural persons who have reached the age of majority (18 years). By placing an order, the purchaser declares that they are of the required age. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the personal data and payment information provided during the purchase process. Albero Group S.r.l. shall not be liable for damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the purchaser.
Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and to the discretionary acceptance of the Owner. The User must select the products and complete the check-out, after carefully checking the information contained in the order summary. The order is placed by confirming it and is subject to payment of the price, taxes and shipping and payment costs indicated in the Order Summary form. The Order processing receipt does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The Agreement is concluded at the time the Owner sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the User. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm an order, by informing the User within 5 working days from the sending of the Order Processing Receipt, at the email address associated with the purchase, of any unavailability of one or more of the purchased products. In this case, the Owner shall provide a Refund of the price and the Shipping costs incurred by the User.
For the purposes of this Agreement, no automatic communication sent by the system after the order has been placed shall constitute acceptance of the purchase offer, even where it contains expressions such as "confermato", "confirmed", "bestätigt", "bevestigd", "confirmé" or equivalent in other languages. Such communications have the value of an Order Processing Receipt and attest exclusively to the correct receipt of the offer and any payment. The Agreement shall be deemed concluded only upon the sending of the Order Confirmation, as defined in the section "Definitions and legal references" of this document.
Despite the care taken in managing the catalogue, it may happen that a product is published with a manifestly incorrect price or information, for example due to technical malfunctions, errors in synchronising product feeds, incorrect imports from supplier price lists, improper application of promotional rules or typographical errors in data entry.
By way of example and without limitation, a price shall be considered manifestly incorrect where it falls within one of the following cases:
Since the Agreement shall be deemed concluded only upon the sending of the Order Confirmation, in such cases the Owner reserves the right not to accept the order proposal. The Owner shall notify the User as soon as the anomaly is detected, in any event before the products are entrusted to the carrier and in any case no later than 14 days from the sending of the Order processing Receipt, to the email address indicated during the purchase process, specifying the correct price and the reasons for the anomaly detected.
The User may, at their choice and without any charge:
In the absence of a response within the 7-day period, the order shall be deemed not accepted and the Owner shall proceed with a full Refund of all amounts paid, without further charges for the User.
Until the sending of the Order Confirmation, the User may at any time notify the Owner of their intention not to proceed with the order, obtaining a full Refund without undue delay.
Once the products have been entrusted to the carrier, or once the 14-day period has elapsed without the Owner having sent the above communication, this mechanism shall no longer apply.
This mechanism shall not apply to promotions, sales, clearance sales, below-cost sales or launch prices expressly announced by the Owner as part of a specific commercial initiative, which shall remain fully valid and effective.
The provisions of Articles 1428 et seq. of the Codice Civile shall remain unaffected.
On Alberoshop.it the User may enter only one discount code or coupon per order, exclusively before submitting the order proposal and in compliance with the conditions laid down by the specific promotional initiative. Unless otherwise indicated, discount codes cannot be combined either with one another or with other ongoing offers or promotions, have a fixed period of validity and cannot be used after their expiry date. Furthermore, they may be subject to limitations, such as a minimum order amount, the exclusion of certain products, brands or product categories, as specified from time to time in the conditions of the promotion. Discount codes are not convertible into cash, do not entitle the User to Refunds or credits and may not be used improperly, fraudulently or contrary to the principles of fairness and good faith. Alberoshop.it reserves the right to cancel or refuse codes used in breach of these provisions, as well as to amend, suspend or revoke the related promotional initiatives at any time, without prejudice to compliance with any rights that may already have accrued to the User.
With effect from 1 July 2023, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 7 March 2023, no. 26, which introduced Article 17-bis of the Consumer Code, Alberoshop.it undertakes to ensure the utmost transparency in price reduction announcements relating to goods offered for sale, both online and, where applicable, through other sales channels. Therefore, in the event of a promotion or discount, in addition to the discounted price, the previous price will also be indicated, understood as the lowest price applied to the general body of consumers in the 30 days preceding the application of the price reduction, as well as, where shown, the related discount percentage.
The right is reserved to indicate, alongside the sale price and the previous price as defined above, any manufacturer's recommended retail price or other reference price, provided that such indication is stated in a clear and specific manner and is not liable to mislead the consumer, while in any event remaining distinct from the promotional initiatives applied by Alberoshop.it.
The indication of the previous price on the terms described above shall not apply in cases excluded by the legislation in force, including, in particular, below-cost sales, launch prices of products not previously sold, as well as the further cases of exclusion or derogation provided for by law. It is also understood that, in the case of progressively increased reductions within the same promotional campaign without interruption, the previous price shall be determined according to the criteria established by the applicable legislation.
Albero Shop uses third-party tools for the processing of payments and does not in any way come into contact with the payment data provided – such as credit card details.
Any handling costs for the User's unaccepted payments shall be charged to the User.
Albero Shop also accepts payment on delivery exclusively for orders with a value between EUR 250.00 and EUR 999.00.
If you purchase with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such assignment.
Albero Shop allows you to obtain the electronic invoice for orders placed by natural or legal persons by entering your P.IVA, which will be validated through the verification service made available by the Revenue Agency.
Should the P.IVA prove to be invalid, it shall be in the customer's interest to rectify such information, which must take place within 12 days from validation of the order, after which it will no longer be possible for alberoshop to issue an invoice.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the area to be served, the amount of the basket and the weight of the goods ordered. Some items provide for free shipping costs; should these be particularly heavy items, the shipping cost would be reduced to zero, but the surcharge relating to the weight would have to be paid.
The costs are to be understood as applying to areas of Italy that are served normally; for all remote areas and for the islands, shipping prices and weight surcharges may be subject to increases.
By accepting the conditions set out in this Agreement, the User also accepts any changes, whether increases or decreases, in shipping costs that may arise in the event of deliveries to be made to remote areas and islands, where this should prove necessary in order to ensure greater speed and punctuality of delivery.
It is furthermore specified that the Owner shall not be liable for delays in delivery attributable exclusively to the User's absence from the place of delivery at the time of the carrier's attempted delivery, or to the User having provided incomplete or inaccurate delivery details.
The shipping and delivery times indicated on the product sheet, during the purchase procedure and in email communications constitute an estimate, drawn up on the basis of the information available at the time of the order, and not a contractually guaranteed delivery date.
Such estimate may vary, in particular, due to the actual availability of the products at the suppliers, the checks on the order and on the payment provided for by these conditions, production or logistics closures, public holidays and seasonal peaks, as well as events not attributable to the Owner.
The Owner shall promptly inform the User should the estimate be incapable of being met to a significant extent.
In any event, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the Owner shall deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. Should the Owner fail to do so within such period, the User shall invite the Owner to make delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances and, in the event of further non-performance, shall be entitled to terminate the contract and obtain a full refund of all amounts paid without undue delay.
The User's right to terminate the contract immediately in the cases provided for by art. 61 of the Codice del Consumo shall remain unaffected.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address expressly indicated by the User at the time of subscription and in accordance with the methods specified in the order summary.
The User is required, at the time of subscription of this contract, to indicate any street numbers, landmarks or particular signage (for example: commercial signs) by means of which delivery of the ordered goods may be carried out.
In the absence of such specific indications, the User may under no circumstances claim against Albero Shop in the event of delay and/or non-delivery of the ordered goods; furthermore, in such circumstances, the User shall be solely liable for payment of the storage costs of the goods at the storage sites of the carriers responsible for delivering the purchased products.
The User shall also be obliged to bear, personally and exclusively, any costs relating to the storage of the goods sold at the carrier's storage sites in the event of non-delivery.
Upon delivery, the User must check the contents, specifying any anomalies on the delivery form.
In the event of failure to collect within the period established by the carrier, the products shall be returned to the Owner, who shall refund the price of the products, but not the shipping cost.
In the event of an incorrect indication of the methods and/or places and/or times of delivery or, in the event of unjustified refusal by the User of the delivery itself, the latter shall be obliged to pay the shipping costs incurred by Albero Shop, without prejudice to the latter's right to request payment of the price of the goods sold in the event of their total and/or partial damage.
The Owner may not be held liable for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage occurring to the Products after delivery to the carrier, where the latter has been chosen and appointed by the User, or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
In the event that the User wishes to return the purchased products delivered to him/her, he/she must do so by completing the appropriate online form provided by Albero Shop; in such case, following the return delivery of the goods subject to Return, Albero Shop, after having verified the correspondence and integrity of the goods subject to Return, shall refund the User only the costs of the product, while the shipping costs and any storage costs, as well as all other ancillary expenses that may be necessary and/or consequential to the Return procedure, shall remain borne by the latter.
100% insured shipping (optional and subject to payment):
Albero Shop offers Users, as an optional paid service, the possibility of purchasing the service called "Insure your shipping 100%", available at the cost indicated in the cart at the time of the order.
The Advanced Shipping Assistance Service consists of a higher level of qualified assistance than the standard service and provides, within the limits and under the conditions specified below, for the free reshipment of the purchased products in the event of:
• damage to the product during transport
• loss of the parcel by the carrier
• theft of the parcel after delivery, provided that it is duly documented
In the event of an occurrence covered by the Service, Albero Shop shall arrange, at its sole discretion, the free reshipment of the product or, where this is not possible, the Refund of the amount paid for the product itself.
The Advanced Shipping Assistance Service does not constitute an insurance contract under the applicable legislation, but an additional assistance service provided directly by Albero Shop.
The Service applies exclusively to orders for which the User has selected and paid for the option at the time of check-out and is not refundable once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
The following cases are excluded from the Service:
• incorrect indication of the delivery address by the User
• failure to collect the parcel
• repeated absence of the recipient
• undocumented events or untruthful statements
Activation of the Advanced Shipping Assistance Service does not exempt the User from the obligation to provide suitable documentation proving the reported event.
By way of example and not limitation, Albero Shop may request photographs of the product and the packaging, carrier documentation, statements of non-delivery or other documentation useful for verifying the damage, loss or theft of the parcel.
Purchase of the Service does not entail automatic acceptance of the request, which shall be assessed by the Owner following the necessary checks.
In the event of the purchase of products or services on Albero Shop, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reasons, within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the Right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit statement sent to the indicated contact details. For this purpose, the User may use the model for exercising the Right of withdrawal set out in the "definitions" section of this document. The User is nevertheless free to express the choice to withdraw from the contract in any other equivalent form.

Albero Shop offers its customers the possibility to make a free return within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. By "free return" it is meant that no additional costs or penalties will be applied to the customer for accepting the return and managing the procedure, exceptionally extended to 30 days compared to the minimum provided for by the legislation.
However, the direct shipping costs for returning the products to the Albero Shop warehouses, as well as any storage or ancillary charges should they become necessary during the management of the return, shall remain at the customer's expense.
If the User withdraws from this contract, only the costs of the product shall be refunded to them, while the costs relating to shipping expenses and any storage charges, as well as all other ancillary expenses that may become necessary and/or consequential to the return procedure, shall remain at their expense. .
Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the User shall not incur any cost as a consequence of such refund.
The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the User has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
The User is requested to send back the goods and deliver them to the Owner without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which they communicated withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User sends back the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period. The costs of returning the goods shall be advanced by the User, but shall be reimbursed by the Owner in the manner and within the limits indicated above as being borne by the User.
The User is liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returned products which prove to be damaged or used in a manner different from and beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning shall be refunded subject to deduction of the decrease in value resulting from the damage or use. A refund is excluded where the decrease in value is total.
The User is requested to insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the package.
The Right of withdrawal is in any case excluded in relation to:
If one of the above-mentioned exceptions applies to the goods purchased by the User, the latter may not exercise the Right of withdrawal.
The clauses concerning the exercise of the Right of withdrawal, as well as the related consequences and exceptions, apply exclusively to the User who qualifies as a Consumer, that is, to the User who acts for purposes outside their trade, business and professional activity.
The User purchasing as a Consumer is entitled to the Legal guarantee of conformity on the Products purchased, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Codice del Consumo. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months from delivery of the goods.
In order to exercise the rights deriving from the legal guarantee, the User may contact the Owner using the contact details indicated in this document, describing the defect found as accurately as possible and attaching, where available, the documentation useful for examining the request.
Where there is a lack of conformity, the User is entitled to have the conformity of the goods restored, free of charge, by repair or replacement, in accordance with the conditions and within the limits provided for by law.
The User may also obtain a proportionate reduction in the price or termination of the contract in the cases provided for by the Codice del Consumo, including, by way of example, where repair or replacement is impossible or excessively burdensome, has not been carried out within a reasonable time, or the lack of conformity persists notwithstanding the attempt to restore the goods.
The action intended to assert lack of conformity is time-barred after 26 months from delivery of the goods.
The User is required to make the Product available to the seller in order to allow the necessary checks and, where applicable, the repair, replacement or collection of the goods.
The User undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner (as well as any companies controlled by it or affiliated with it, its representatives, directors, agents, licensees, partners and employees) from any obligation or liability, including any legal costs incurred in defending legal proceedings, which may arise as a result of damage caused to other Users or third parties in connection with content uploaded online, breach of the law or breach of the terms of these conditions of service.

In particular, the Owner, within the limits of applicable law, shall be liable for contractual and non-contractual damages towards Users and third parties exclusively in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence where these constitute the immediate and direct consequence of the activity of Albero Shop.
Therefore, the Owner shall not be liable for:
