Alìe Toscana IGT 2025 Cantina Frescobaldi
Inspired by the mythological figure of Alìe, a sea nymph symbolizing grace and sensuality, this refined rosé is born from the blend of Syrah and Vermentino, varieties that find their most authentic expression in the coastal climate of the Maremma. Alìe 2025 presents a pale pink color with peach highlights and an elegant bouquet of white flowers, wild strawberries, and citrus zest, enriched with subtle Mediterranean notes.
The palate is fresh and savory, with a perfect balance between softness and vivacity, supported by a minerality typical of the area that enhances the long and harmonious finish. The carefully selected grapes are pressed whole in the absence of oxygen to preserve their aromatic purity. The wine then ages for 3 months in stainless steel on fine lees at a controlled temperature to maintain its finesse.
The 2025 vintage, characterized by a balanced climate and ideal ripening, yielded a captivating and luminous wine, perfect from aperitif to dinner, for any convivial occasion.

Vinification: Soft pressing in the absence of oxygen, fermentation in stainless steel at <19°C
Aging: 3 months in stainless steel, followed by bottle aging
