The 2023 Pinot Grigio Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT from L’Ua is an elegant and refined white wine, capable of interpreting the Alpine terroir with freshness and authenticity. It features a bright, clear, and brilliant straw yellow color, reminiscent of the cool breezes of the Dolomites. On the nose, it releases a delicate and enveloping bouquet, with hints of apple sauce, ripe pears, and citrus, enriched with mineral nuances, notes of lime, and a floral touch reminiscent of white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a soft, velvety sip that perfectly balances acidity and structure. The aromatic persistence recalls crisp fruit and a mineral undertone that enhances the varietal's typicality.
