Nebbiolo D'Alba DOC 2021 Pinsoglio Fabrizio
Fabrizio Pinsoglio's Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC 2021 is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown on sandy, marly soils of marine origin, at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinified with soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, it ages for 12-14 months in large 1500-liter barrels, followed by a period in stainless steel and subsequent bottling. It has a garnet red color and a nose that expresses complex aromas of ripe fruit, violets, blackberries, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied, harmonious, and austere, with vigorous tannins. Ideal with roasts, game, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
