Questo Verdicchio è la pura espressione delle Marche. Il Senex Riserva 2019 DOCG BIO di Bisci è un biglietto da visita che racconta passione e rispetto per il territorio.
Uve Verdicchio 100%, coltivate in regime biologico, raccolte a mano. Il segreto è nel vigneto: esposizione sud/sud-ovest e terreno calcareo-argilloso garantiscono uve di eccezionale concentrazione e mineralità. L'allevamento Guyot e la bassa resa (80/90 q.li/Ha) assicurano il massimo del sapore.
Nel calice, è giallo paglierino. Al naso stupisce con note eleganti di anice e liquirizia. Al palato è equilibrato e vanta una persistenza notevole, che non svanisce.
È la scelta ideale per chi cerca un bianco di carattere, un DOCG Riserva che esalta con onestà la vocazione del territorio. Perfetto con piatti di pesce importanti, carni bianche e formaggi stagionati. Un vino che sussurra l'eccellenza.

The Bisci Winery has a long and successful history tied to Verdicchio di Matelica. Founded in 1972 when brothers Giuseppe and Pierino bet on the grape's farsightedness, the business is now run by their sons Mauro and Tito. With 20 hectares of vineyards (18 of which are Verdicchio), they fully embrace the potential of this white variety, producing wines that combine freshness with age-prolonged potential. Certified organic since 2019, the winery is a go-to for those seeking authentic, clean, and enduring expressions of one of the Mediterranean's most important white wines.
