Cascina Carlot's Sarot Langhe DOC Arneis 2025 is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Piedmont, Italy, from Arneis, its profile is consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. It presents a straw yellow appearance. On the nose, it displays fresh, floral aromas with evident notes of almond. On the palate, it is savory and well-balanced, elegant, and with good complexity. The clayey soil with sandy marl supports its structure, freshness, and flavorful precision. Manual harvesting in crates with selection in the vineyard highlights a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, brief maceration in the press at 20°C. Fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks for 10-15 days. 3 months in steel on the fine lees, 1 month in bottle.
