The Passito di Pantelleria 2018 by Ferrandes is a sweet wine of great breadth and complexity, born from Zibibbo grapes harvested from saplings sheltered by hollows of earth. Vinified and aged in steel, it emanates very intense scents of raisins, candied fruit and dried fruit, combined with exciting marine nuances. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a sweetness balanced by a pleasant freshness, offering a long and persistent finish.
