Il Verro's Pallagrello Bianco Terre del Volturno IGT 2024 Bio is a white wine from Campania that interprets a historic grape variety with a simple, modern twist. Grown organically, it offers a refined aromatic profile, with notes of yellow fruit, white flowers, and light Mediterranean nuances that introduce a full-bodied yet agile palate. On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and smooth, with a savory finish that expands its pairing possibilities. The 0.75 L bottle is ideal for appetizers, fish-based first courses, white meats, and moderately mature cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C. A crisp, gastronomic, and authentically Campanian white wine.

Il Verro was founded in the Caserta hinterland with the goal of producing quality wines and olive oil and reinterpreting Campania's viticultural heritage in a contemporary way. The name recalls the male wild boar, as it was called by the Bourbons, and embodies a strong territorial identity. The winery is known for its recovery and promotion of rare native grape varieties, including Coda di Pecora, producing wines that combine authenticity, research, and roots in the Massico area.
