The Vermentino Colline di Levanto DOP Luccicante 2024 from Cà du Ferrà is a Ligurian white wine with a fresh and mineral character. It presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color and an aromatic profile that ranges from lemons to green apple, with hints of ripe peach, enriched by mineral nuances thanks to vinification and maturation in stainless steel. On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and fleshy, well-balanced with a nice persistence, where fruity notes and the typical salinity of Levanto's volcanic and clayey soils return. Made from 100% Vermentino grapes, hand-picked and vinified at controlled temperatures, it ages for a few months on fine lees, enhancing complexity and elegance. Perfect to serve at 8-10 °C, it pairs well with seafood dishes such as coconut and lime fish curry, asparagus salads with quinoa, or spaghetti with caper and tomato sauce.
