Greco di Tufo DOCG Le Arcaie comes from a small vineyard high on the hills of Montefusco, at 700 meters above sea level, where the tuff soils and strong temperature variations give the wine elegance and structure. Produced exclusively from 100% Greco di Tufo grapes, it stands out for its golden yellow color and intense aroma of apricot, yellow peach, and cinnamon. With aging, the bouquet evolves into notes of ginger and elderflower, enhancing the aromatic complexity. On the palate, it is mineral, fresh, and enveloping, with a persistence that reflects the purity of the terroir. Vinified in steel and barriques and aged on the lees for 4-6 months, it is a white wine with great personality, ideal with seafood dishes and blue cheeses.0.75 L
