The Heida Visperterminen 2023 St. Jorden Kellerei is a unique white wine made from Savagnin/Traminer grapes, a rarity that represents the pride of Europe's highest vineyards, in Visperterminen in Valais. Elegant and refined, it presents a luminous straw yellow and a delicate bouquet, rich in notes of walnuts, honey, and exotic fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and lively, balanced by a fresh acidity and an enveloping structure, which concludes with a persistent and harmonious finish. Considered the "pearl of Alpine wines," Heida is ideal as an aperitif or paired with vegetarian dishes, freshwater fish, cured meats, chicken, light Asian specialties, and cheeses. A rare and precious white, perfect for curious and discerning palates.
