Campi Flegrei Falanghina DOC 2023 The Sibilla
Campi Flegrei Falanghina DOC 2023 by La Sibilla is an authentic white, a pure expression of the volcanic territory of Naples. Grown ungrafted on sandy soils, rich in ash and lapilli, the Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei has its roots in the Greek history of the vine. Bright straw yellow, on the nose it offers citrus aromas, ripe yellow fruit, Mediterranean scrub, mint and beeswax. The sip is fresh, salty, with pleasant mineral notes and a finish that recalls the sulphurous nature of the soil. Aged three months in steel and three in the bottle, it is perfect to accompany fish, white meats and vegetable pies. An everyday wine, but with an intense and identifying drink, capable of telling the unique charm of the Campi Flegrei.
