Biancolella Ischia DOC 2025 from Cantine Tommasone is a white wine from Campania that clearly expresses the marine profile of the island of Ischia. The Biancolella grape offers freshness, aromatic finesse, and a lively drinkability, ideal for seafood and Mediterranean cuisine. At 13% ABV and in a 0.75 L format, it should be served at 8°C - 10°C and pairs well with shellfish, molluscs, fish, sushi, risottos, soups, light fried dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses. It is a clean, territorial, and very easy-drinking white wine, suitable both as an aperitif and with a full seafood menu. The palate remains lean and savory, with a fresh finish that recalls coastal cuisine without being predictable.
