Alma Assemblage 1 Franciacorta DOCG is the most authentic expression of the Bellavista philosophy: an iconic wine, a symbol of elegance, complexity, and harmony. Born from the 2021 vintage, characterized by a mild winter, spring rains, and a cool summer that favored balanced ripening, this Franciacorta embodies the full soul of the Franciacorta terroir. Made from a rigorous selection of 86% Chardonnay, 13% Pinot Noir, and 1% Pinot Blanc, sourced from 60 vineyards and 91 parcels, it is vinified with soft pressing and aged on the lees for approximately 30 months, with 32% of the wines aged in oak barrels.
In the glass, it appears a luminous straw yellow, with an extremely fine and persistent perlage that anticipates a rich and elegant creaminess. The bouquet is a refined blend of Mediterranean flowers, citrus notes, and mineral nuances, lending freshness and complexity. On the palate, it stands out for its dynamism, structure, and profound balance: a taut and harmonious sip, with a long, mineral finish that captivates with its elegance and personality.
