Monte Rossa is a renowned historic winery in Franciacorta, founded in the 1970s. Specialized in the production of Classic Method sparkling wines, it uses grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco. Among its prominent labels is the “PR Brut”, a tribute to the founders Paola Rovetta and Paolo Rabotti.
