The late harvest brings the grape variety to a richer profile, where the ripe fruit component meets freshness, tension, and a pleasant aromatic depth. The nose recalls mature citrus, yellow-fleshed fruit, and floral and mineral nuances; on the palate, it maintains a balance between roundness and energy, with a clean and persistent finish. Serve at 10-12°C, it pairs well with blue cheeses, spicy cuisine, foie gras, or at the end of a meal with not-too-sweet desserts.
