Vignalet Pinot Noir Vallagarina IGT 2021 La Cadalora è un rosso di montagna che interpreta il Pinot Nero con uno stile nitido, fragrante e ben definito. Nasce dal vigneto Vignalet, esposto a sud su terreni argillosi, e si distingue per un profilo aromatico elegante, con richiami a ribes, mora, amarena e leggere sfumature di cacao e vaniglia. In bocca è pieno ma scorrevole, fresco, con tannini equilibrati che accompagnano il sorso con piacevole setosità. Il finale è secco, pulito e persistente. Un Pinot Nero territoriale, adatto a piatti di carne, funghi, arrosti e preparazioni dal gusto deciso.
