"Turca" is the everyday red wine by La Montecchia – Conte Emo Capodilista, designed to elegantly accompany everyday moments. Light, fresh and easy to drink, it is born from fermentation in steel and refinement in glass that preserve the vivacity of the fruit. To the eye it presents itself with a pale red, while to the nose it releases clean aromas of red fruit and pepper. In the mouth it is aromatic, mineral and savoury, with good persistence. With a moderate alcohol content (11%) it is ideal to taste at 16-18°C, paired with simple dishes such as beef carpaccio, fresh cheeses or first courses of land. Perfect for everyday table, it is a sincere expression of a territory and a winery with medieval roots. Drink well every day, with awareness and pleasure.
