Gattinara Tre Vigne DOCG is a pure Nebbiolo born from the union of grapes from three distinct vineyards of Gattinara, each bearing unique characteristics linked to the terroir. It is positioned as a perfect synthesis between Gattinara Classico and Riserva, offering elegance, typicality and intensity. To the eye it presents itself with an ancient garnet color with orange reflections, clear and bright. On the nose, balsamic notes emerge, cloves, licorice, cinchona and a touch of iron, accompanied by aromas of cherry, strawberry and vegetal nuances. The sip is elegant, fine, with vibrant freshness, dense and well-extracted tannins, and a long savory persistence in the finish. A great red from Piedmont, capable of seducing with balance and complexity, ideal for those looking for an austere, but harmonious wine, to pair with structured dishes or for a high-level tasting.
