The Molise region represents a different provenance from the Tuscan areas more commonly associated with this grape variety. The Molise DOC designation and the Serra del Parco area identification clearly identify the bottle's origin. It is a perfect choice for enthusiasts interested in regional wines and for those who wish to compare expressions of Sangiovese from different geographical contexts. Along with extra virgin olive oil, legumes, and grains, the estate showcases the local winemaking tradition with a range that includes Tintilia del Molise, including a rosé, and Sangiovese. The project combines agricultural tradition and environmental awareness, offering wines that express the character of the Molise hills and the desire to preserve their identity.
