Rubinia 2.0 Rosso Marche IGT 2024 Bio from La Staffa is a pure Montepulciano that expresses the winery's most artisanal and territorial side. It comes from the Castellaretta district of Staffolo, on calcareous-clayey soil, with manual harvesting in crates and fermentation on the skins for 15 days. After fermentation, the wine rests in cement for malolactic fermentation and then ages for two years in barrique, developing greater depth without losing clarity. The aromatic profile recalls cherry and morello cherry, with a dry, warm, fairly smooth palate, very balanced and persistent. An organic red with strong stylistic consistency, made without shortcuts and capable of pairing red meats and structured sauces with natural authority.
