Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2024 - Bel Colle
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2024 – Bel Colle interprets Nebbiolo in its most immediate and accessible version. The grapes come from the Alba area, where sandy-calcareous soils favor clean aromas and a softer tannic texture than long-aged expressions. Vinification involves destemming, fermentation in stainless steel, and temperature-controlled délestage, with targeted pumping over during the turbulent phase. Racking takes place before the complete alcoholic transformation, a choice that preserves freshness and fragrance. Six months of aging completes its balance. In the glass, it is a bright ruby red; on the nose, floral notes of violet and ripe red fruits such as raspberry, plum, and cherry emerge. The palate is clean and enveloping, with a dry and pleasantly fruity finish. It is a versatile Nebbiolo, ideal for savory first courses, grilled meats, and medium-aged cheeses. Available in 0.75 Litre or 1.5 Litre Magnum Format.
