Monte Arso Brut Nature Metodo Classico – Barone di Villagrande is produced on the slopes of Mount Etna from a blend of vines grown on volcanic soils, where altitude, temperature ranges, and mineral composition define a precise and vertical style. The grapes, harvested by hand, are vinified using the Metodo Classico method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a minimum aging of 24 months on the lees. The result is a non-dosed sparkling wine that focuses on purity and territorial expression. In the glass, it appears a bright pale yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile is clear: white flowers, citrus, and a delicate note of bread yeast. The palate is dry, vibrant, and precise, supported by a crisp freshness and a clean finish. An essential Metodo Classico, reflecting the character of the volcano and a production philosophy focused on defining the terroir rather than on roundness.
