The Lagrein Trentino DOC 2021 Tappo a Vite di Pelz is a direct and well-defined mountain red, designed for those seeking an authentic and easy-to-serve wine. Made from 100% Lagrein, it expresses the varietal's character with notes of wild berries, dark cherry, and light spicy nuances that accompany a smooth yet dynamic palate. On the palate, it has a good presence, measured tannins, and a freshness that makes it more agile and easy to drink. The screw cap adds practicality and ease of use, enhancing its everyday character. Serve at 16-18°C with cured meats, savory first courses, red meats, and rustic dishes. A solid, territorial, and understated Lagrein.

Pelz, a mountain winery in the Cembra Valley, was founded in 1995 by brothers Diego, Michele, and Franco. The vineyards, located between 400 and 850 meters above sea level, reflect a heroic viticulture practiced through terraces, wide temperature ranges, and manual labor. Since 2016, the winery has practiced organic farming, producing wines that showcase freshness, aromatic precision, and Alpine identity, consistently interpreting the uniqueness of the Cembran terroir.
