The Heron 55 Nebbiolo Rosé - Morassino Farm
The Airone 55 Rosato from Cascina Morassino is a fresh and fragrant wine made from Nebbiolo grapes vinified as rosé. The fermentation of the must occurs after a short maceration of about twelve hours on the skins, sufficient to give the wine its characteristic light and delicate rosé color. The maturation in stainless steel preserves its aromatic freshness and natural varietal expressiveness, resulting in a light, balanced, and pleasantly savory sip. Floral and fruity aromas emerge on the nose, with hints of small red fruits and notes of fresh flowers. On the palate, it is immediate and smooth, ideal as an aperitif wine, but also perfect paired with light seafood dishes, salads, white meats, and fresh cheeses. A versatile, young, and dynamic rosé that represents the territorial vocation of Nebbiolo interpreted in a contemporary way.
