The long cold maceration of 40-42 hours, fermentation without the skins with periodic bâtonnage, and aging on its lees for at least 10 months give the wine a strong structure and a complex profile. The color is an intense straw yellow; the nose reveals caramel, vanilla, peach, and a light balsamic touch. On the palate, it is elegant, mineral, fresh, and very persistent. The screw cap emphasizes its precision and technical vocation. A profound and recognizable Derthona, designed for those seeking intensity and territorial identity.
