The grape variety brings depth, tannin, and character, while the 2021 vintage offers a mature profile, suitable for those seeking a substantial yet balanced red wine. At 14.5% ABV and in a 0.75 L format, it should be served at 16°C - 18°C and pairs well with red meats, game, aged cheeses, cured meats, stews, ragùs, rich broths, and braised meats. It is a rich, gastronomic table wine, capable of withstanding long and flavorful preparations. The palate remains full, deep, and consistent with the most intense soul of Campanian Aglianico.
