Chiù Provincia di Pavia IGT Bio di Mon Carul è un vino bianco biologico pensato per chi cerca freschezza, equilibrio e grande piacevolezza di beva. Nasce dall’incontro tra Riesling Italico e Pinot Nero, coltivati tra i 300 e i 500 metri di altitudine su vigneti esposti a nord e nord-ovest. La vendita anticipata permette di ottenere un contenuto alcolico contenuto senza rinunciare alla personalità del vino. Dopo una pressatura soffice, il mosto fermenta in acciaio a temperatura controllata e affina nelle stesse vasche per preservare aromi e vivacità. Nel calice si presenta giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, mentre al naso emergono note di frutta a polpa bianca e gialla accompagnate da una delicata vena minerale. Al palato è morbido, fresco e persistente, ideale come aperitivo o in abbinamento a pesce, verdure, formaggi freschi e cucina estiva. Il pratico tappo a vite mantiene intatta la fragranza del vino.
