Tenute Sella's Bramaterra DOC 2018 is a red from Alto Piemonte that accurately expresses the mineral and austere character of this historic terroir. It is made from Nebbiolo, Croatina, and Vespolina grapes grown on the slopes of Villa del Bosco and Brusnengo, between 300 and 350 meters above sea level, on acidic soils of red-brown volcanic porphyritic sand. Vinification in stainless steel with a long 24-day maceration and aging for 24 months in French oak yield a profound, linear wine rich in detail. The palate is clean, savory, and elegant, with a minerality that brings cleanliness and precision. A classic and territorial Bramaterra, born from a tradition that Tenute Sella has been interpreting since 1902.

Tenute Sella preserves one of the noblest histories of Alto Piemonte. Since 1671, the family has tended vineyards in Lessona, ancient lands born from marine sands and suited to producing red wines of great finesse. Quintino Sella's toast with a Rosso Lessona in 1870 recounts an identity that spans Italian history. With 23 hectares of vineyards, the winery preserves a rare winemaking heritage, built on memory, elegance, and family continuity.
