Monte Arso Bianco Etna DOC 2024 by Barone di Villagrande is an elegant and distinctive white wine produced on the slopes of the volcano, in the Villagrande district at around 700 m above sea level. The historic Carricante grape variety (90%) and other native varieties (10%) interact with the volcanic soil, providing clear minerality and freshness. The nose reveals white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit and a subtle smoky note; the palate is savoury, vibrant, smooth and persistent. Excellent with raw seafood, shellfish, fish dishes and medium-aged cheeses, it offers refined versatility. In the glass it shows a bright straw-yellow colour. A wine that combines terroir, Sicilian identity and winemaking precision.
