Bianchi Grilli per la Testa Trebbiano Abruzzo DOC 2024 Bio by Torre dei Beati is a small-production white wine that interprets Trebbiano Abruzzese with ambition, precision, and character. The grapes come from a vineyard at 250 meters above sea level on clay-limestone soil, with manual nighttime harvesting and double selection. Vinification, partly in stainless steel and partly in acacia wood, followed by twelve months on the fine lees, creates a more nuanced and profound palate. The aroma recalls white and yellow flowers, black locust, broom, yellow fruit pulp, chamomile, and star anise. On the palate, it surprises with its freshness, balance, and finish. An unconventional organic Trebbiano, designed for those seeking a white wine with substance and personality.
