Baluma Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2024 by Conterno Diego is a wine designed for those seeking a territorial, easy-to-read, and concrete wine. Made in Piedmont, Italy, from Nebbiolo, it has a profile consistent with the grape variety and the winery's style. In the glass, the wine presents characteristics linked to the freshness of the grapes: a ruby red color tending towards garnet, a fruity aroma, and an intense flavor. The medium-textured clay soil with the presence of tuff and calcareous marl supports structure, freshness, and a precise flavor. The manual harvest in crates with selection in the vineyard in October enhances a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, maceration on the skins lasts 10-12 days. Aged for 6 months in 50-hl oak barrels and 6 months in stainless steel.
