The Ballarini Salina Ceramic shallow frying pan is designed for everyday cooking and for preparing meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables with a high-performance nonstick coating. The CERAFORCE TITANIUM surface is PFAS-free, titanium-reinforced, and engineered to offer good scratch resistance and easy food release. The Radiant induction base distributes heat quickly and evenly, allowing the pan to consistently reach operating temperatures on gas, electric, glass-ceramic, and induction hobs. The stainless steel handle with Stay Cool technology limits overheating and provides a more secure grip during cooking. Available in diameters from 20 to 32 cm, the shallow shape makes browning and keeping an eye on ingredients easy. The Italian design by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez completes a functional utensil, suitable for everyday use.
