Alma Assemblage 1 Extra Brut Franciacorta DOCG Cantina Bellavista
Alma Assemblage 1 is the purest expression of the Bellavista style: a Franciacorta Extra Brut that combines elegance, precision, and complexity. Born from the 2021 vintage, characterized by a balanced climate, it is made from a selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a small amount of Pinot Blanc from 60 vineyards and 91 parcels. Gentle pressing and aging on the lees for approximately 30 months, with some of the wines aged in oak barrels, give it depth, structure, and a distinctive aromatic finesse.
In the glass, it appears a luminous straw yellow, with a very fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet intertwines floral notes, citrus, and mineral touches that anticipate a taut, creamy, and perfectly balanced palate, with a long, crisp finish. Ideal with raw seafood, shellfish, delicate Mediterranean dishes, or as the centerpiece of a special toast.
The set includes two official Rastal Franciacorta 42cl glasses, crafted from lead-free crystal glass. The tulip shape enhances aromas and perlage, offering a complete and elegant tasting experience.
