The 347 MSLM Riesling IGT by Alberto Fiori is a fresh and refined white wine, born from the vineyards of Oltrepò Pavese. On the nose it opens with elegant notes of white flowers, citrus fruits and light mineral hints. On the palate it is balanced, fresh and light, with a nice acidity that accompanies a persistent and clean finish. Vinified in steel to preserve the integrity of the fruit, it ages for a few months before bottling. It is the ideal wine for aperitifs, vegetarian dishes and light fish pairings. Serve at 10–12°C.
