26-28 cm - Torre Stackable Deep Flared Aluminium Frying Pan Set with Ceramic Non-Stick Coating - 2 Pans + Handle
The Ballarini Torre set includes two flared aluminum frying pans and a handle, with a stackable structure that simplifies cabinet organization. The two sizes, 26 and 28 cm, allow you to move from small portions to larger preparations without changing your style. The deep edges make it easy to sauté vegetables, stir pasta, and prepare main courses or one-pot meals without sacrificing freedom of movement. The Ceraforce non-stick ceramic coating, produced without PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE, makes it easy to release food even with a small amount of fat. The aluminum body heats up quickly and can be used on gas, induction, electric, and glass ceramic hobs. Without the handle, the pans are oven-safe up to 230°C. When stacked, they take up less space than traditional pans with a fixed handle.

Product FAQs
Which size is better for tossing pasta for several people?
The 28 cm pan gives you more space to toss pasta with the sauce; the 26 cm suits smaller portions.
Can I move the pan directly from the hob to the oven?
Yes, if the recipe requires it, but remove the handle first. The maximum temperature for the pan without its handle is 230 °C.
How can I protect the coating when the pans are stacked?
Do not slide the bases against each other; use a soft separator between surfaces if needed.
