24-28 cm - Salina Non-Stick Aluminium Shallow Frying Pan Set - 2 Pieces
The Ballarini Salina Ceramic set includes two low aluminum pans with CERAFORCE TITANIUM coating, produced without PFAS and reinforced with titanium. The two sizes, 24 and 28 cm, allow you to move from small portions to larger preparations without changing your style. The non-stick surface helps brown meat, cook fish, eggs, and vegetables, and release ingredients easily. The Radiant induction base promotes rapid and even heat distribution and allows for use on gas, electric, glass ceramic, and induction hobs. The stainless steel handle with Stay Cool technology is designed to limit heating during cooking. The low profile leaves room for the spatula's movements and makes it easy to control cooking times. The design by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez completes a line with an essential and functional approach.

Product FAQs
Is the 28 cm pan better for browning meat evenly?
When cooking several pieces, the 28 cm pan lets you space them out; the 24 cm may be enough for one portion.
Do I need special utensils for the titanium-reinforced coating?
The reinforcement does not make the surface scratchproof. Choose silicone, wooden or non-abrasive utensils for everyday use.
How can I keep the base even over time?
Avoid thermal shock, do not leave the empty pan over high heat, and choose a cooking zone suited to its base.

This is how we see the table.
In a market crowded with similar objects, function alone is no longer enough to justify a choice. Material, form, quality and craftsmanship matter too as does the way each piece becomes part of everyday life.
Because a table is never just a table.
It is where people come together, share moments and express their way of living. Choosing how to set the table therefore becomes an expression of identity.
You can choose any utensil for your table, but always remember:
One serves a function.
The other finds a place in your story.
