Belcolade dark chocolate blends with the delicacy of Normandy butter and the surprising touch of Maldon salt. A refined balance, where the sweet–salty contrast enhances every bite and turns any break into a moment that stands still.

Type 1 “Antiqua” Bongiovanni flour, Normandy butter 82% fat, 72% Belcolade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, soy lecithin), cane sugar, bitter cocoa, sugar, Maldon salt, baking.
