20-24 cm - Alba Aluminium Shallow Frying Pan Set with Ceramic Non-Stick Coating - 2 Pieces
The Ballarini Alba set includes two low aluminum pans with Ceraforce ceramic nonstick coating, allowing for flexible handling of everyday cooking tasks. The two sizes, 20 and 24 cm, allow you to move from small portions to larger dishes without changing your cooking style. The low profile makes it easy to brown meat and fish, prepare eggs and vegetables, and turn ingredients. The surface, produced without PFAS, PFOA, and PTFE, facilitates food release and limits the need for added fat. The induction base provides good stability on the hob. The pans are suitable for use on gas, electric, glass ceramic, and induction hobs, are oven-safe, and dishwasher-safe. A coordinated assortment that eliminates the need to constantly use the same pan.

Product FAQs
Can I use the 20 cm pan to make a one-person omelette?
Yes. The 20 cm diameter keeps it compact and easy to turn; the 24 cm offers more room if you add ingredients.
Do I need to heat the pan strongly before adding eggs?
No. With a ceramic coating, start at moderate heat and increase only if necessary. Do not leave the empty pan over high heat.
Which utensils help prevent damage to the non-stick coating?
Choose heat-resistant silicone, wooden or nylon spatulas. Knives and sharp metal utensils can mark the surface.
