125 Rosato Salento IGP 2025 by Feudi Salentini is a rosé made from Negroamaro del Salento with a fresh, lively, and immediate profile. The light pink color with purple reflections anticipates a fragrant nose, dominated by freshly picked red fruit. Vinification involves brief cold maceration on the skins in a soft press, purification of the must by flotation, and thermo-controlled fermentation at 15°C, followed by aging in stainless steel. The palate is pleasant, elegant, and slightly sparkling, with a vivacity that makes it perfect for aperitifs, light dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. A modern, sunny, and versatile Salento offering.
