The Smeg Full Color planetary mixer brings the classic 50s Style line to a bolder level, with a matching body and base. It's a machine for kneading, whipping, and mixing consistently, thanks to the 1000W direct-drive motor, planetary action, and 10 electronically controlled speeds. The 4.8L stainless steel bowl with handle can process up to 12 egg whites, 1L of cream, 2.8kg of cake dough, 2.1kg of bread or pizza dough, and 800g of egg pasta dough, within the manufacturer's recommended limits. Smooth Start starts the mixer progressively, while Steady Mix helps maintain stability even with the most challenging doughs. The die-cast aluminum body, non-slip base, stainless steel lever, and front attachment for optional accessories complete this solid and versatile machine. Includes a wire whisk, flat beater, dough hook, and pouring shield.
