The 4.8L stainless steel bowl with handle can process up to 12 egg whites, 1L of cream, 2.8kg of cake dough, 2.1kg of bread or pizza dough, and 800g of egg pasta dough, within the manufacturer's recommended limits. Smooth Start starts the mixer progressively, while Steady Mix helps maintain stability even with the most challenging doughs.
