The Dogliani Superiore DOCG Vigna Del Prey 2021 by Boschis Francesco is a pure Dolcetto with a strong and authentic character. Vinified with traditional red fermentation for 6 days and numerous daily pumping over, it is refined in steel until the September following the harvest and bottled in the waning moon, according to tradition. It has a very concentrated red color. On the nose it offers intense aromas of dark fruit, with plum, blackberry and a marked mineral imprint. On the palate it is rich, structured and equipped with an important tannic charge, which guarantees longevity and great evolution in the bottle. A Dogliani of terroir, deep and sincere, ideal for those looking for a Piedmontese red with a strong identity, perfect with meat dishes, game or mature cheeses.
