Valpolicella Superiore Case Vecie 2021 Magnum – Brigaldara comes from a 7-hectare vineyard between 150 and 200 meters above sea level, where Corvina, Corvinone, and other native varieties express a clear, rigorous, and drinkable Valpolicella. The harvest is manual, with selection in the vineyard, and the vinification is done exclusively with fresh grapes, without drying, to enhance the most direct identity of the terroir. The wine ages for 18 months in wood, a refinement that rounds out its profile without weighing it down. In the glass, it is bright ruby red, with aromas of crisp cherry, vanilla, delicate spices, and elegant balsamic notes. The sip is soft, balanced, and well-structured, supported by a moderate alcohol content that invites drinking. The Magnum enhances depth and freshness, offering an authentic interpretation of the Brigaldara philosophy: precision, aromatic purity, and absolute respect for the fruit.

Brigaldara is based in San Floriano, where the Cesari family purchased the villa in 1929. Winemaking began in 1979, followed by steady expansion in nearby municipalities to enhance Corvina and Corvinone. Today, the winery cultivates 47 hectares and is known for a clean, rigorous style focused on aromatic freshness. A FIVI member, Brigaldara works with artisanal care, manual harvesting and measured intervention, producing balanced, deeply territorial wines.
