The Sto Fuori Timorasso Langhe DOC 2024 by Virna Borgogno is a wine that combines tradition and innovation, the fruit of sustainably cultivated vineyards in the heart of the Langhe. It features an intense and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, it offers a harmonious and elegant bouquet, with aromas of ripe cherries, juicy plums, and spicy nuances of cinnamon, enriched by delicate notes of vanilla. On the palate, it reveals all its complexity: the velvety body intertwines with a lively freshness, while well-integrated tannins support a long and persistent finish. A hint of dark chocolate and dried fruit amplifies its depth. The grapes, hand-picked in the Barolo vineyards, are vinified with gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, to preserve their freshness and aromatic purity. Aging in wooden barrels gives balance, roundness, and an extra touch of elegance.
