The 2024 Pinot Noir Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT from L’Ua is an elegant and direct red, grown on the hills of Vò Sinistro d’Avio from vines trained using the simple Trentino pergola system. The Noricum moraine soil and the daily Ora and Peler winds favor healthy grapes and clean aromas. In the glass, it displays a brilliant ruby color; small red fruits emerge on the nose, while the palate is fine, clean, and persistent, with a hint of morello cherry in alcohol that adds depth. Vinified and aged in steel and bottle, it maintains a fresh and readable profile. A modern Trentino Pinot Noir, pleasant with white meats, fine cured meats, and medium-structured dishes.
