The Ginlab Gift Box contains a London Dry Gin produced in Pelago, on the Florentine hills, with almost exclusively Tuscan botanicals, with iris as its distinctive element.
Transparent, floral, and enveloping, it features notes of dried fruit and aromatic herbs. The gift box enhances an elegant gin, produced with a special still inspired by the historic Carterhead of 1831.

The small castle of Pelago, an eco-resort in the Florentine hills, is home to Peter in Florence, the first London Dry Gin produced exclusively with Tuscan ingredients. A special still was designed for its creation: a smaller version of the historic 1831 Carterhead, modernized for the occasion by Green Engineering, a company based in Colle Val d'Elsa. The name pays homage to Florence, placing the iris, the city's symbol, at its center, of which both rhizomes and petals are used. It is also a tribute to Patrick Hoffer, father of the distillery's owner, an English entrepreneur with a passion for gin and a profound connoisseur of quality Tuscan juniper.
